Our OGSM-101 session, including a Q&A, gets everyone who didn't participate up to speed in just 2 hours, explaining what this is all about and what it means for them in their day-to-day work.

For larger organisations or those with different locations, we can help create department-specific or location-specific OGSMs.

 

Progress-Tracking

We recommend monthly progress-tracking for the first 3-6 months, then quarterly or bi-annually.

 

We will prepare these meetings and provide recommendations to keep you on track.
